Film Pitch

Synopsis- A boxer called michael jones is an ex fighter who trains to get his fighting chance to get his championship belt back. He soon realises that to get the opportunity to reach the top he has to go through many barriers that are in his way. On his journey he realises that his friends are now out to get him and are enemies, he makes new associates which help him get back to the top and to discover his new safe.

What is your film about- My film is about a boxer that retired from boxing. He then returns to fight to get back the title he lost, however goes through a struggle to do this. As many people that helped him before are out to bring him down as he quit and left them jobless. He encounters many problems to do with his coach and other fighters, but overcomes it all. So the film is about his journey back to the top.


How would you film it (Budget, Actors and Location)- I am filming my media film at churchdown, downderry in downham, which is a safe environment for me and my actors. Also i will make it interesting for the audience by making the actors concentrated and focused throughout the whole shooting so they can grab the audience and get them emotionally involved. This film will be a small budget film and it will have the backing from the British film company Film4 and my actors will be wearing the clothes required to reap the full potential out of their characters.
